Temptations
After Andre gets baptized and starts working on rebuilding his relationship with his wife, Michelle breezes back into his life, forcing him to reevaluate his feelings, and his marriage.

Andre wakes to the sleeping face of his wife and fights the urge to kiss her. He knows she hates it when he kisses her in the morning; morning breath isn't her forte. So he settles for kissing her forehead and rolls out of his bed for a shower. He turns on the hot water and sighs with content as the hot water washes over his frame, mingling with his sweat and new scent of soap and moisturizer. He exits the shower, towel draped over him as he dries off and admires himself in a mirror.
Life is good: He's baptized, the Vernon chapter is closed, his loving wife is pregnant and his father has welcomed him back into his arms. He feels he can breathe again and start anew.
He gets dressed and leaves for work after kissing his wife's forehead and patting her slowly expanding belly.
He makes it to Empire, coffee in hand and a calm demeanor washing over. A new artist has been signed to the label; Andre has to be ruthless in the stocks and risks placed on said artist. After a quick debriefing, he makes his way outside to grab a bite of lunch before his break is over. As he stands outside, trying to make his way across the street, he's halted.
"Andre? Is that you?"
That sweet voice is something he knows all too well.
There, with those soft brown eyes, smooth chocolate skin and her curvaceous figure, is Michelle. She smiles at him, oblivious to the catching of his throat.
"Long time, no see, Andre. You got a minute to talk?"
Piece by piece, all hopes he had to moving on have all but crumbled down to nothingness.
