1. Buffy knows that Dean can think on his feet in a fight, a valuable quality for an ally to have. She's never seen anyone go from disbelief to 'pool cue through the heart' so fast, ever.

2. Dawn knows that Dean is the most attractive man she's ever met. Not necessarily the best-looking, although he's in contention for that too -- but definitely the most attractive. She suspects he knows it, too.

3. Willow knows that Kennedy is considering Dean's offer.

4. Buffy knows that when Dean says "no strings attached," he really means it. He's probably the only guy who's said that to her and really meant it: the others either were lying when they said it, or lying when they denied it.

5. Faith knows that Dean slept with Buffy a couple of times, but she's not going to let that stop her. She's not that kind of girl.

6. Dawn knows that Dean could teach her a lot of things -- about a lot of different subjects. But she also knows that Buffy would never let her ask about most of them, so she sticks to the few topics that are safe.

7. Buffy knows that Dean loves that car like it's a part of himself. Sometimes she wonders if it is. Stranger things have happened.

8. Kennedy knows that Willow is considering Dean's offer, and she'll probably accept it one day, too. Kennedy doesn't mind -- she's not especially interested in Dean herself, but if it makes Willow happy, then okay.

9. Faith knows it's not a coincidence when Dean walks into the same dimly-lit pool hall where she's been for the last hour. Very little is a coincidence when it comes to Dean Winchester.

10. Dawn knows her knife-throwing has improved a lot with Dean's help.

11. Buffy knows she can never tell Dean about Angel or Spike. Especially Spike.

12. Rona knows that Dean is right about guns. It was because of him that she started carrying one with her on patrol, and it's saved her life more than once.

13. Willow knows that Dean knows a lot more than he lets on. It's nothing magical that tells her that, just a look on his face sometimes when he looks at her, as though he's wondering what she can see about him.

14. Faith knows that she's wanted Dean since she met him. It's weird that she waited, let him wrap his head around the whole idea of slayers and callings and superpowers for a while; weird that she sat back and let him come to her. She can't remember the last time she did that with a guy.

15. Dawn knows that Dean is feeling restless when he starts waxing his car all the time. The Impala sits at the curb gleaming, and she wonders how long it'll be before he's gone again.

16. Buffy knows she could use Dean's help all the time -- with research, with fixing things when they break, with no-strings-attached sex, and with the slaying (or "hunting"). But she knows that'll never happen.

17. Faith knows that Dean's been acting different than usual, too. He has a look of concentration on his face as he winds his way toward her through the bar, as if he's about to do something important. It scares her a little bit, but not as much as it should.

18. Dawn knows that Dean is the kind of guy her mother warned her about.

19. Faith knows that if she gets in that car with Dean, everything about her life will change -- or almost everything. She does it anyway.

20. Willow knows that Dean won't stay away for long.
