KaneAya High School

It was a morning like any other when Kaneki meet him, he was on his way to school as he did every morning and as usual he was so lost in the book he hold between his that he didn't pay much attention to his surroundings. So of course it wasn't much of a shock when he was suddenly bumped into other person which landed them in the ground.
"Hey! Watch where you're going!" exclaimed the person to which he had landed on because of his usual absent mindness. He meant to apologize but when Kaneki looked up he was capture by the beauty of the eyes of the one in front of him. It wasn't the first time he had seen them but that didn't mean he wasn't captured every single time he stared into them.
"Hi, I'm sorry." Kaneki muttered before breaking the stare. He took a silent deep breath to gain the strength to resist those eyes before turning back to face Ayato. "Why don't we go to school together?"
Ayato's annoyed blue eyes softened as he looked at Kaneki. "Okay"
They continued on their way walking side by side in a comfortable silent. They were quite used to each other so this wasn't the first time where the simply enjoyed the presence of each with no words needed to be said. Though it went far beyond friendship for Ayato, his feeling had grown into something much more without him taking notice. And now that he had finally come to acknowledge them he knew he had to take the next step and confess.
"Kaneki" Ayato said in a quiet voice looking at the ground to hide the blush rising to his cheeks. "I love you!" he said as he lifted his eyes to meet Kaneki's as he bit his bottom lip, embarrassed by his most likely pink cheeks.
Kaneki stayed silent for a moment before smiling warmly at Ayato. "So be my boyfriend then?"
Ayato returned the smile before nodding. Hopefully this would lead to many dates that he was anxious for.
