At a Sinnoh contest, Dawn and Zoey were both helping May with her outfit. Dawn smiled,
"Done," She giggled, and May rolled her eyes playfully.
"Yeah, yeah," May grinned as Ash, Max, and Brock walked up. They flashed approving smiles at May, and she nodded. Max gaped, as a green haired boy walked up. May glared at him.
"Drew," She sneered, and the boy looked slightly surprised. But he covered it up.
"Not surprised to see me? I'm hurt, but, you do know I am sorr…" He started, and May's eyes watered slightly, biting her tongue. A boy walked up, his white hat waving slightly, and he narrowed his eyes.
"Back off, grass head," He growled, and Drew raised his eyebrows. May looked at the boy, smiling softly. The boy smiled back, walking up to her.
"She's mine," He patted her shoulder, and Drew fumed, walking away in jealousy.
"Thanks, Brendan…For pretending…" May muttered, hugging him softly.
"Anything for a friend…" Brendan said, smiling forcefully, hugging her back.
