Once she had kicked Sam out of the limo, Rebecca looked at Robin with an intensity she had never felt before. She had been with other guys, even in the backseat of a car, and that is how she earned her nickname Backseat Becky. She had vowed she would never do that again but there was something about this moment that she knew she couldn't resist him. Part of her was furious with him for bringing Sam along on this special occasion but another part of her couldn't deny this sexual tension between her and Robin. Tonight just might be the moment that the both of them had been waiting for. Ironic that it might be thanks to Sam Malone that she might be breaking free of years of celibacy, even though she doubted he would appreciate it.
What would she do? Rebecca was afraid that she wouldn't be good enough for a man as worldly as Robin Concord. Certainly he'd had share of women; he'd been dating two other women when she'd met him. But at the moment she didn't care. Right now she was willing to trust her instincts and go with where the night led her and let nature take it's course. Maybe she was better than she gave herself credit for. After all, Sam had been chasing her for years and Robin was dating her; maybe she was desirable after all.
"Rebecca," Robin pulled back. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
"I don't know. What are you thinking?" she asked, certain of the answer.
"I'm thinking that this is the night that we've both been waiting for," he said, brushing her long hair away from her face.
"Yes sweet baby, I think it is too," Rebecca smiled.
"Are you sure? I'm willing to wait if you aren't…" he kissed her neck, hoping to convince her otherwise.
"Yes Robin. I've never been more sure of anything in my life."
Robin made a phone call and then turned on the radio. The Righteous Brother's Unchained Melody came on, the first of an all night marathon of songs, due to his calling his station and requesting their songs be played. Rebecca was touched. Nothing got her in the mood like their songs, and he knew it.
As he kissed her, her heart raced as she wondered if she was making a mistake. What was he thinking? Was she a good kisser? If she worried about something as simple as that, what else must he be thinking? Suddenly she didn't' care. This felt so right. All her other thoughts flew out the window as he caressed her chest and she sighed in pleasure. He unzipped her evening jacket, allowing him access to her most sacred areas.
"You're beautiful Rebecca," he smiled.
"Really?" she wanted to cry. It had been so long since anyone had told her that.
"Really. I could look at you all night. Fortunately I won't have to. I think I shall be otherwise occupied."
Rebecca giggled. She helped him take off his jacket and threw his tie across the seat of the car. He removed her panties and she climbed on him, easily bringing her to her first pleasure for the first time in years. She couldn't believe she had waited all this time, but it was worth the wait. After repeating the performance, it was his turn, and they collapsed beside each other in exhaustion.
Rebecca looked at him and knew that she was in the lead for his love. It might take a while to get his full attention, but she would get there someday. She would still have to battle her insecurities, but one day she would be his. She was sure of it.
The end
