"Hey, Kid?"

"Yeah?" Kid turns around to see Liz, one of his two (female) weapons. "What is it, Liz?"

"I've been wondering... How did you get an obsession with symmetry, anyways?" Liz asks.

"...You know, I don't remember. Everyone says I have OCD, though." Kid pauses to shrug. "I never really thought about it before. And in my opinion, I don't have OCD."

You so do, Kid... Liz thinks to herself as Kid turns around to finish cleaning his walls.

"You know," Kid starts, catching Liz's attention. "Sometimes I wonder that myself. I'm not complaining, but I'm more curious as to why."

That's the first time I've heard him say that. Liz thinks. I didn't think he was curious about his own obsession.

"Like I said though, I'm not complaining about it." It was almost like he knew what she was thinking.

"Do you sometimes wish you didn't have an obsession with symmetry?"

Kid stops wiping his wall when those words registers in his mind. He resumes wiping them with a: "Sometimes. However, more often than not, I'm grateful for it." When he finish his sentence, he removes the rag and puts it down, content with the now clean walls. "Why is it I'm hearing this from you all of a sudden, Liz?"

"I was just curious, that's all," Liz replies, rubbing her right arm as she did. "...You do know everything can't be symmetrical, right?"

"Yeah... But if need be, I'll make everything symmetrical. One way or another."

A thought then crosses Liz's mind. "You said you were grateful for it. May I ask why?"

"Cause I got two great weapons." Kid smiles at Liz, showing what he said was true. "And I'm glad it's you and Patti that are my weapons, Liz."

A slight, but not noticeable, blush forms on Liz's face. He was grateful for his obsession cause he got to meet them and use them. In her own ways, Liz was grateful that they tried to mug Kid, cause it meant they got to meet him, too. She gave a small smile to herself. "And I'm glad your our meister, Kid."

Me: Please please please PLEASE forgive me if they're OOC! I wanted to write for Kid for a long time, I was willing to write ANYTHING as long as I like it at this point! Even if it meant he/the other characters I would use with him/both options would be OOC!

Also, in Soul Eater Not!, I can't help but get confused. In the anime (I only watched the anime of Soul Eater, mind you), it says Liz and Patti tried to mug Kid, while in the Soul Eater Not! manga, it pretty much says Kid was sent to send them to privation. So I can't help but be confused by that.

Also, I don't normally write this short. I always try to reach a thousand words at least, but like I said, I really wanted to write for Kid. Cause before, I tried to write for him, but either A: I hated the idea I came up with or B: I liked the idea but I couldn't start it off. :( I ended up scraping some really good ideas (In my opinion) cause of B.
