Edward Elric gazed out of his apartment window. It was raining, which was uncharacteristic for this time of year. Fog covered the window and streets, threatening to consume anyone that dared stepped outside.
Ed sighed; days like this brought back too many unwanted memories.

"Al!!" He watched the suit of armor's glowing eyes slowly began to fade away. Ed wanted desperately to move; to redo the blood seal and save his beloved little brother. But thanks to his beating from the now dead Envy, his desire would stay unfulfilled.
"I'm so sorry Al..." The blond tried to choke back tears.
"It's ok brother…" His innocent voice faded and alas the suit of armor was nothing more than that, no longer casing his soul
"Alphonse!!!" He could do nothing but lay there crying, hoping someone would help him; praying to a God he wasn't sure existed that his only family, his life-line, would return to him.
