This is a prolong before the story begins I have made changes to beast boys background and character. I did this out of my own preference for while his powers are not the strongest as some would say they are in my opinion the most dangerous for I have been bitten by my small pet lizards and they can easily draw blood and he can transform into sharks bears and dinosaurs he can kill a human and most metahumans with these animal forms with one hit and then there are the deadly poisonous animals I mean some can deliver a poisonous bite or sting that can kill a hundred plus full grown men and a lot of them their aren't any cures for so your going to die like the poisonous dart frog sting way or the infamous komodo dragon and all the extinct poisonous animals he can transform into.
Oh and he will have the powers of kur and the ability to transform into mystical animals
Plus I doubt that I will make this into a romantic fanfic for I have never written one of those before.
This fanfic will be rated m for death blood and gore slightly bad language and least likely nudity and sexual themes
Chapter one: the beginning
It all started the year I was born my family discovered a ancient tablet and when my mother touched it caused a great flash of energy afterwards my parents and a group of other scientist discovered that the tablet holds the whereabouts of a ancient cryptid named kur who was the king of all the cryptid and could control them.
But before they could investigate it further it was stolen by a mad man by the name of argost who wanted to use kur's power to rule the world so my parents and the others broke into the madhouse to retrieve it and they did however only seven of the group survived .
So my parents and the other scientist decided to break the stone apart so no one could ever release kur.
(two years later)
It was an ordinary day for the Logan they were currently in Africa looking for a cryptid (a green monkey)
The Logan families were all taking a small lunch break to refill their energy and let their baby boy out to play.
It was when they took their eyes off him just for a second when the young child and the worlds future would be shook to its core.
For while they were not paying attention their son had stumbled upon the very creature they seeked the green monkey.
Young Garfield reacted to the creature as any young child would to something new , he grew curious about the creature and went to pet it.
It was around this time that the parents notice the lack of his presence so they quickly looked for the young lad and they found him with the creature they had been searching for, but before they could even admire it young Garfield reached out to pet it.
They shouted for the child to stop, but it was to late the monkey had bitten the outstretched hand then ran off.
Young Garfield was at very shocked at first but like all children he erupted into a cry like an explosion or a volcano erupting without warning.
And a cry it was even the loudest of emergency vehicles could not be compared but you could hardly blame him for it was the most painful thing he had ever experienced.
His parents leapt to action immedieditly took the child to stop the bleeding and rushed back to the main camp for a more proper treatment and test to see if the bite has caused any other problems.
And right they were to for the green primate had given the young lad a deadly and extremely rare virus called the sakurai virus that would kill the lad.
When his parents learned of this they were quickly put into despair and were extremely close to giving up on their extremely young child.
However they would not loose hope they hunted down the green primate and killed and extracted its d.n.a for if it could live with the deadly virus in it then so could their son with its and the d.n.a of other animals!
And it was a success the transfer of the serum from the various animal d.n.a how ever it had been mutated by the virus and while it did save his life it turned the child green and gave him the late abilities to transform into different animals.
As they would learn of when young Garfield would save his mother from a cobra by turning into a mongoose to defend her.
He would from that day on be kept away from people and be home schooled by his parents and would come to call a specially designed air ship his home as he journeyed in secret with his parents to the four corners of the globe to study animals, cryptid, dinosaurs and prehistoric beast, and legends of mystical beasts in the various wilderness from the deep blue seas, to the dense jungles, to vast deserts, high mountain ranges, to the frozen tundra of the world.
As the young child grew he grew close bonds with the wild animals and made brothers and a sister of a couple cryptids Fisk the fiskerton phantom, komodo the invisible megalania and Zon the teradon also his strange abilities grew stronger and stronger.
And it was because of this reason it was time with great reluctance from them that he would learn every thing there is about animals form the smallest single celled organisms to the gigantic dinosaurs to cryptid and mythical beast and how their bodies worked and learn how to use his strange control powers.
And by the end of it all he knew every single fact about animals no mater how small and insignificant it seemed memorized in his little head and would know more about them then we could ever hope to know.
And he used this knowledge in his final battle with argost and would drain his kur powers so he could not use them until it redraws inside of him.
And lived a happily life until however all their happiness would come to a halt when his parents were murdered by having their boat being forced by the quean of the country men on her orders to go a huge waterfall as he was forced by his family to save himself and watch as his beloved family died?
After the death of his parents he left the place and wandered for days if not weeks for he did not know he had been too tired and miserable and hungry to care when.
And when he was just on the verge of death a group of the jungle tribal men found him and brought back to their village for their elder so see the strange creature they thought he was.
It was after he woke up while the elder was examining him that he would wake up and transform into a small monkey to get away when the elder came to the conclusion that he was sent to someday become their protector.
He would continue to stay with them for months learning their ways and helping them when a group of strangers came and saw his abilities and would kidnap him in the middle of the night to use for various crimes in the states.
It would be a couple of years of being forced to do crime and abuse that he turned on them and killed them and then went to the streets where he continued his life of crime but he did it to survive he had no interest in the money or jeweled trinkets he took food.
However a green kid on the street was not hard to notice.
The police eventually found him and when they found out who he was he was they sent him to his uncle galtry.
And that man was like the devil he locked him up in an underground apartment with no connection to the outside world, until he learned that when the boy got older he would take over everything his parents have which is everything he has.
So he called assassins from far and ride to kill him.
But young Garfield was not that easy of pray he would always get away or in some cases kill the assassins.
Until one day an employee who was a spy for a rival company found out about him and kidnapped him for study.
They did many horrific experiments on the boy till the drove him to the breaking point and released his true side a salvage beast like no other who only knew how to kill.
For he was the very embodiment of billions of years of predators and their killer instinct it was the perfect killer machine it had slaughtered everyone and after it was done the boy came back to see what he had done.
He did not feel remorse for them all he could think about was how they deserved what they got and how he missed the happy days back when he traveled the worlds wilderness with his family.
Then and there the boy came to realize that people and civilization will never bring him happiness so he decided to embark to his home the deep jungles of lambala where he would claim his own home his own territory and he promised him self he would become stronger so that no one could take him away from it and would kill any human who even dared to go in his territory.
And with that fleeting thought he embarked in his journey home.
And a few hours later the police would arrive to discover horrific sights that would haunt them for the rest of their lives.
And he would live in that jungle for years killing any human entered it did not matter the age or sex he killed all who entered in his jungle frpm small little children just learning how to walk to the strongest of men. And the amount of people he killed and ate ranged in the thousands and he would not stop.
Until he met her a beauty that he never seen before in his life. And watched her and the people of her camp until when the girls father was away and the evil drug lords killed all the people in the camp and took her and the other women to violate later on however late the night she was taken I saved her and killed everyone else in the drug lords camp and as I took her to her father I could not help but gaze at her beauty and then and there I decided to protect her.
However I eventually got separated from her and lost my way for I had no idea what to do any more that is when I met the doom patrol and I was inspired by them so I broke into there headquarters and made them make part of there team however I got something else a family until I lost them.
(the rest is exactly like the cartoon show and the comic book based on the the cartoon)
(years later)
It was a quite morning for four teens known the teen titan, lounging inside their tower, when the teen leader of the team of misfits, named Robin noticed something odd "wait is it me or is it unusually quite today?"
The other three looked oddly at their leader, as they tried to figure out what in the world he was talking about?
When it suddenly dawned on raven that they were missing a green annoyance known as beast boy and then it dawned on the others as well.
Cyborg said "Oh man I didn't even realize that BB wasn't here"
Star fire nodded and replied "yes, where is our green friend"
"I don't know that's what I was wondering" said robin then out of the blue raven spoke with her head hidden from them by her book and said
He could still be asleep.
As everyone looked at raven; raven looked up from her book noticing the stares before speaking.
What he's in his room all day for the last month. Rae's right I hardly see him all day only when theirs an emergency do we really see him.
Hm mm all right. Turning to their leader, someone needs to go see what he's up to, so who's going to volunteer to go.
At this all the teens cringed at the thought of having to go into that mess called a bedroom.
robin just glared at them alright someone's got to do it, hey I know why don't you go I mean you are our fearless leader, at this robin just glared at cyborg who sarcastically pretended to shake in fear to his glare before sighing in defeat and got off the couch and walked out of the room to beast boys bedroom while grumbling about something under his breath that they could not hear.
As he came to bb's room he knocked and did it until he had both a headache and sore hands from banging his hands on the door finally annoyed he opened the door.
To his surprise to find the room completely empty. But before he could ponder on the changelings
disappearance the alarm went off in the tower with not a second thought he ran into the lounge to see what was happening and looked at the secret city surveillance camera system and found a
Strange new super villain terrorizing the city and with not a second of delay he shouted the order titans go.
(With beast boy earlier that day) At jump city community high school.
It was another boring day in class for bb as he thought about his problem he's been going to high school for about a month and has not told his team about it.
Thankfully he was able to convince the school principle to let him take some precautions so his identity wouldn't be found out, as he thought about it who knew the principle was so easy to get thing from.
But he was also glad about it considering now he still has a secret identity.
As he was in deep thought a girl named Jillian Jackson snuck up on him and asked him to take the assignment paper so startled that he fell backwards out of his seat into the desk behind him.
Ow that hurt he said as he rubbed the back of his head, at his funny reaction the whole class just completely filled with a roaring laughter that would put most wild animals to shame.
He said something's at them that they couldn't hear the girl known as Jillian shook her head at him, its what you get for not paying attention like you should of.
"But before he could retort".
All the sudden the teacher came in a rush.
He attempted to look calm as possible as he announced that an emergency evacuation from the school from some unknown threat.
Before anyone could ask he started to order everyone into a single file line so they could evacuate the building, everyone did what they were told and started to evacuate.
As they were passing the restroom he made sure to see if anyone was paying him any attention before quickly breaking from the line and hiding in the restroom. Beast boy to robin you their, click click beast boy where are you we need your help right away, okay robin what's your location, where at the national bank at Goliath and 1st.
okay be there in a sec before checking outside through the door if it was clear as soon as he thought it was he rushed out of the restroom and went around the corner right into a teacher, before he could make a break for it the teacher grabbed him and said" where do you think your going", "but I was just, "no excuses your coming with me" as soon as her attention was off him he kicked her in the shin. The teacher was so surprised that when she yelped that she let go of him as she did that he quickly morphed into a fly and flew away.
As the teacher quickly got over the shock she turned around to catch him again, but to her surprise he was gone, their was nothing no sound of running shoes no nothing it was as if he never there. He watched her from the ceiling as she suddenly turn 180 degrees screaming about ghost and runs straight into the wall. he tried as hard as possible to not laugh and succeeded because knew his teem needed him and fast but as annoying as the teachers here were he couldn't leave her here so with a depressing sigh he turned back into his human form while all forgetting he was on the ceiling and fell on his head rendering himself out cold as another teacher came to find them and call for help and dragged them out of the building.

It was right after he called beast boy and grinding his teeth at this pain in the butt foe. When they got there earlier they came across the villain ranting on about something, they took the chance and surprised him with a sneak attack and seemingly defeated him.
"chi thought their was a threat and all we got was a ranting retard said cyborg," no matter cyborg it doesn't matter what the threat is the titans and we deal with all threats no matter what said robin".
as he finished talking he turned around just to be punched in the face." robin" gasped star fire as she ran towards him. all the while cy started to laugh at him for a few reasons the first being the great leader just got sucker punched the second was by a weak ranting retard, raven as all ways the same Stoic expression on her face. Robin grunted as he stood up and glared at the rising villain who began to laugh that my boy is attaching me from behind while I was expressing my genius. "genius yeah right" said the boy wonder, "oh but I am for I am Dr. splice amino" said the now named villain "and you shall witness my genius right now" he said as he looked around to see a dog and smirked then throwing off his trench coat to reveal a strange device that went to the helmet on his head, he suddenly did something to the device as the horn like things on his helmet glowed red and shot a strange red beam that hit the dog to the surprise of the titans.
Then suddenly something began to happen to the dog it began to grow to the size of rhino and looked like more of something from a horror movie then the small dog it was.
Then with two words it charged them, raven quickly leapt into action saying her incantation azarath metrino zenthos lifting a small car and threw it at the beast to which the beast dodged and looked at raven then growled and went for raven.
as soon as it did though the other titans got over their initial shock and at robins order went to assist their fellow titan cy hit it with his cannon stunning the mutated beast as star fire went in hot with star bolts blazing and robin right behind her with his explosive throwing discs easily wounding the beast that suddenly went down. They looked away just for a sec to see the location of this dr. amino character when all broke loose for they forgot an important thing when dealing with animals when injured animals are far more dangerous when approached.
The beast suddenly lunged at robin snarling and biting savagely drawing blood from the boy wonder. The boy wonder threw fist after fist at the beast while the titans tried to pull the beast off with their bare hands for if they attempted to use their power they could hit robin and cause more harm then good but the beast would not stop thrashing as it tried to eat him alive.
then suddenly out of seemingly out of nowhere a ferocious giant green t Rex mercilessly grabbed the beast I bone crushing jaws and clamped down with all its might making the mutant dog beast roar in agony as it was being thrashed back and forth in the Rex's mouth by its powerful neck muscles, while it gave the beast a last bone crushing chomp it thrashed its head one more time giving it the momentum to throw the beast straight through the building and gave a roar so fierce it would turn the most ferocious of killers wet themselves after the roar was over he checked the fallen beast once more by putting his large claw foot on his adversary and put all his weight into a bone crushing killer blow before being satisfied he reverted into beast boy who then in turn around to see the shocked faces of all his teammates.
"What" said best boy?
Cyborg was the first to recover and say "well we never seen you act that savagely towards another living being before"
At this beast boy rubbed the back of his head and says "oh" before putting all his attention of the state of his leader. But before he could ask if he was all right the boy wonder passes out.
