Dominique's Melody:
Prompt: Piano
Dominique sat there with her eyes closed, hands folded in her lap. She hummed softly with the melody that was playing on the piano. It was the third time that week Scorpius was playing for her, playing for her a tune that was hers.
"Dominique?" The redhead blinked and opened her eyes, glancing at the blonde she was seated next to. She gave him a confused look so he spoke again, with a small grin. "I'm done, been done for a few minutes now."
"Oh..." She flushed and looked down. "Sorry, it's just so beautiful that I tend to get lost in the music like that."
"Well, I figured a beautiful girl like you deserved a beautiful melody written in her honor."
She didn't say anything for a moment, leaning over to give him a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you, I love it." There was a short pause. "Do you think you could play it again?"
Scorpius didn't say anything, only bringing his fingers to the keys of the piano, playing Dominique's melody once more.
