This is a fanfic I wrote when I was flicking through the Evanescence Fallen Lyric booklet which I got a couple of days ago. I'm not quite sure how Rose dies, but she isn't killed by Cybermen or Daleks. Anyway here it is.

Hold onto me love
You know I cant stay long
All I want to say was I love you and I'm not afraid
" I love you Doctor." Rose whispered gazing at the Doctor.
She was lying in his arms. She was dying.
Can you hear me?
Can you feel me in your arms?
" Doctor?"
"I love you too."
Holding my last breath
Safe inside myself
All my thoughts of you
Sweet raptured light
It ends here tonight
" This wasn't your fault, I wouldn't have missed it for the world."
I'll miss the winter
A world of fragile things
Look for me in the white forest
Hiding in a hollow tree (Come find me)
I know you can hear me
I can taste it in your tears
" We never got to Barcelona, did we?" Rose smiled sadly.
" I'm so sorry." The Doctor murmured.
" I'll be protecting you as the bad wolf. My spirt, the bad wolf will live on. I will do anything to keep you safe my Doctor."

Sweet raptured light
It ends here tonight
" At least I wasn't turned into a Cyberman. They would've taken away all of my memories of you. Before I die, promise me one thing. Find Jack."
Her head was killing her and her throat felt like sandpaper.
" I promise."
Closing your eyes to disappear
You pray your dreams will leave you here
But you still wake and know the truth
No one's there
" Thank you. I wouldn't have missed it for the world."
The Doctor closed his eyes hoping it to be a dream. He opened them but Rose was still in his arms, dying.
" I love you." He whispered.
" I'll love you beyond the grave."
And then the last breath drew itself from Rose Tyler's lips.
Say goodnight
Don't be afraid
Calling me calling me as you fade to black
"Rose."
Rose's eyes gently closed for the last time. The Doctor held Rose's dead body to his chest. All that could be heard in Torchwood Tower was the sobs of the Last Time Lord over his dead human lover.
