Cody Martin quickly walked towards his locker, leaving his twin, Zack in his dust. He clutched his bag and opened his locker, stuffed in his books and grabbed his English paper he was working on. He started walking to his English when he bumped into some one fell. He glanced up into purple eyes. He took in the girl's appearance, purple eyes, tan skin, her silver hair and black streaks falling over her eyes.
She wore a large black sweater with the name "Silver" written all over it, and baggy black pants. Black skateboarding shoes with sliver laces completed her outfit. A silver chain hung from her neck, a cross hanging from it. She appeared fairly thin, and he could see she had a bruise on her neck.
He glanced down and noticed that he had accidentally thrown her books and Ipod all across the floor. He stood up and reached down to help her, glancing into her purple eyes. He pulled back when she bared her teeth at him. She frowned and hopped up.
"Don't touch me." She growled at him. He pulled back, accidentally dropping her books.
"Sorry, I was just trying to help." He stared into her eyes again, watching the unfriendliness change to friendliness. He smiled at her, his eyes crinkling.
"Sorry, I am not in a very good mood this morning." She smiled back at him, her hair swinging in her eyes.
"I should say not." A girl rounded the corner, looking a lot alike the first girl. She had red hair with black streaks, and it swung in the same casual manner. She was wearing a baggy black sweater with the writing "Red" all over it, and baggy black pants. Her silver chain hung from her pants, dangling very low. She wore black skateboarding shoes with red laces and also sported a bruise; although it was on her cheek.
"Thanks, Rikku." The first girl murmured to the second girl.
"I'm Rumiku Hiroshima and this is my twin sister, Rikku." The first girl turned back to Cody.
"I'm Cody Martin…"
"And I'm his twin, Zack." Cody turned to find Zack standing beside him.
"That's nice." Rumiku muttered staring at Zack, a stare that quickly switched to a glare. Cody smiled at the girls, grabbed his brothers arm, and started along, saying, "I think we need to get to class now, Zack."
'He and Zack walked away. If they could have seen the Rumiku's glare, they would have been ashamed.
"I don't like him." The twins turned around and headed towards class.
"Which one?" Rikku responded to her twins comment.
"Both."
"But you just met them."
"Whatever."
Rumiku and Rikku were new in Boston, having just moved there from Australia. They had three brothers and a dad. Their real parents had died a long time ago, so they had, from that time on, not shown any emotion what so ever. They were a unique pair of twins.
