The Terrible Influence of Steve McGarrett
My first Hawaii Five-O Story.
Disclaimer: Nope, I don't own the boys but I do enjoy pretending I do...even if it is an illusion. Will give them back if I have to…*pouts* But I would rather keep them. Can I? No...Darn.
I hope, I captured the boys, and silly me I didn't Whump either boy. No spoilers. Just a silly idea that wouldn't leave me alone.

"I can't believe you!"
"What?"
"You know what."
"Uh…nope got nothing."
"Of all the cockamamie hare-brained schemes you've pulled, this one takes the cake".
Steve almost rolled his eyes but at the last minute schooled his features into neutral and waited for his partner's mind-blowing explanation to begin. Sometimes he had to admit he liked provoking Danny into a classic rant, however this wasn't one of those times. "Perhaps you could give us mere mortals a clue."
"You've outdone yourself and you know what I mean. Don't play dumb with me, Mr. Super Seal. You've contaminated Grace. You're a terrible influence on my precious daughter. She was a very normal little girl until she started hanging out with you." Danny's hand waving got bigger as he raised his voice in volume to match his gestures.
"Hey, I'm a great influence on your daughter." He crossed his arms in front and stood tall.
"That's your opinion, but not mine. She was perfectly normal…until she started spending more time with you."
"As far as I can tell she is perfectly normal, so why do you think she's not?"
"You corrupted her; she now likes pineapple on her pizza. What did you do…bribe her?"
"Of course not, that would be illegal." He smirked and turned to hide his reactions when his smile threatened to turn into a full-blown laugh. All hell would break loose if Danny thought Steve was poking fun at him.
"Illegal!" Danny sputtered for a moment and if it was even possible picked up steam. "Fine, that's your alibi but you didn't stop there. I mean this is even worst than pineapple on pizza."
"What, Danny I don't have clue what you're so upset about."
"Because of your influence, now she wants to see the Smurfs. I should have you arrested. And I will if I can just figure out the charge." He finally stood still.
"That's what triggered this conniption fit, Grace wanting to see the Smurf movie? What do you hate Papa Smurf?"
"You don't get it. The movie is just the first step. Then she will want to own all the movie dolls and I will have to fight tooth and nail to find the stupid things. It's. Your. Fault!" He punctuated each word emphasizing his mood. "You can laugh all you want but you're not driving my car for the next three weeks. That will teach you to open your mouth, The Smurfs really? Of all the movies to pick, you had to suggest the Smurfs." He walked away not even caring if his partner heard him anymore.
"Crap, he'll start all over once he realizes I have his car keys. Maybe it was a bad idea after all."
