Marco thought about his summer, it was almost over. He was supposed to have had so much fun, hanging out with Dylan, but it didn't really go as planned. He still remembers what Dylan said exactly that day...
*~* Flashback *~*
Summer had only started a week ago; he was excited about hanging out with Dylan. He was going over to his house right now. He so wanted to tell Dylan exactly how he felt, how much he liked him, how much he had the urge to kiss him or hug him whenever he was near, but he couldn't, he was too shy.
"Hey Marco, Dylan's upstairs in his room" said Paige, as she opened the door to Marco, when he got there.
"Thanks Paige" said Marco.
Marco wondered what Dylan wanted to talk to him about, since he called him and asked him to come over, because he had to talk to him.
"Hey, Dyl!" said Marco, all excited to see Dylan, as he got to his room.
'Why doesn't he look too happy to see me?' thought Marco, as Dylan had this serious face on.
"Marco, come sit, I need to talk to you," said Dylan.
"You know how I'm starting college at the end of summer, and how I'm going to be busy with hockey most of the summer, right?" Marco nodes. "Well, I think maybe we should just stop whatever is starting between us, before our feelings grow too strong, because I will hardly see you this summer and next year, and I don't want either us to get hurt."
'A little too late for that now isn't it?' thought Marco, but he saw that Dylan was waiting for an answer.
"Uh... Ya, okay, good idea, Dyl." Said Marco.
"Are you sure, you are ok with this?" asked Dylan.
"Ya its fine don't worry. Hey, I'll just go now. I'll see you around, okay?"
"You can stay and hang out if you want, you don't have to go right now."
"No... I'll just go. Bye Dyl."said Marco. 'Bye, and I'm sorry you don't feel the same way.' thought Marco.
"Oh, ok. Bye, Marco!"
Marco left the house as fast as he could, he couldn't believe it. He was so sure that Dylan felt the same way he did. He was such an idiot.
Goodbye Dylan.

Well, I'm probably going to do a sequel, if you people like the story. I wanted to add a few lines in the story to explain the sequel if I do one, but it didn't fit with this story. It was this:
"After that Marco changed, not only his appearance but also his personality, his taste, everything about him. Some people knew why, some people don't. But all they knew was that he had changed, and the old Marco was never coming back."
So, if I do my sequel, that will be part of my first chapter.
