After watching s4e1 online I wrote my first drabble over its conclusion. I'm sorry I haven't be posting much but I don't have much time with AP WH and a play. However, until I see the next Merlin episode I'm going to write a drabble series because, after writing one, I find it doesn't take to much time. Plus it's fun.
WARNING! This is spoillerific! Do not read if you haven't watched episode one of season\series four! This will confuse you greatly out of context and make you hate me forever... maybe.
It seemed as though a part of him had died. Arthur couldn't believe that Merlin, Merlin, was dead. Merlin couldn't die. Merlin survived poison, a dragon, countless evil sorcerers and even Morgana- He wasn't going to be killed by this thing!
A majority of the knights felt the same way. Gwaine couldn't even blink. Lancelot felt guilty. Elyan was dreading Gwen hearing about this. Leon worried that the kingdom really would fall now without its lucky charm. Percival remembered how just the other morning the servant had helped him steal a chicken.
"We will save him."
No one could disagree.
We all know Merlin is going to live but Arthur and the knights don't. I did this because I have a feeling the beginning of next episode is going to skip the direct aftermath like they usually do.
For all Stranger Things are Matters of the Heart readers, I am continuing! I'm really trying to get things moving! I'm sorry for the wait!
Till tomorrow.
