Summary: At Prom Bella has a surprise for Edward......Please don't murder me, My first Fic and yes it is a songfic.
Both Edward and Bella's father Charlie were sitting at the kitchen table, waiting for Bella to come downstairs. Neither of them knew what to talk about so they just sat there waiting. Soon the footsteps of Bella on the stairs alerted them to her presence, getting up they both walked over to the staircase. A smile appeared on Edward's lips as he saw Bella coming down the stairs. Bella smiled at Edward before saying, "You are really trying to kill me aren't you?". Edward just smiled before taking her hand and together they walked out to where Edward's silver Volvo was.
Once getting inside and making sure her dress wasn't caught, she turned to Edward and said softly, "I've got a surprise for you at the dance". Edward arched an eyebrow.
"Should I have a couple of first aid kits on hand." A slight blush would color Bella's cheeks as she muttered 'hahaha very funny.' After arriving at the dance, both Edward and Bella walked into the gym, stopping to get their picture taken. Looking around Edward sees his siblings sitting at a table by themselves.
"Come on" Edward says pulling Bella over to the table. Looking up Alice smiles as they sit down.
"Hey Bella, its almost time". Bella would nod, blushing a little bit. A few minutes later the principal walked onto the stage.
"Before our band begins to play, one of our students would like to sing a song for her date". Everyone's heads turned as they searched for the one student. Bella still blushing, arose from the table, walking towards the stage. As she got on the stage, two members of the band who would be helping her, got her a guitar, after slipping it onto her shoulders.
Bella stepped up to the microphone. "I'm not going to say a lot, but I am going to say this, Edward, I hope you like this song."
All the boy's heads turned towards Edward, all of them glaring a little bit. Bella's hands begin playing the guitar, her eyes locked with Edward's as she began to sing.

As Bella stopped singing, everyone clapped, a lot of the girls had tears in their eyes. Taking the guitar off, Bella hands it to one of the band members, before getting off the stage. Edward met her halfway and wrapped his arms around her.
"So did you enjoy your surprise?" Bella asked looking up at Edward.
"I sure did" Edward replied before taking her out to the garden gazebo.
