Rain fell against the glass of the window that normally looked at the building across the street. The apartment he sat in was empty other than a wobbly table, chair and randomly scattered papers. Technically the apartment didn't belong to him either but it currently didn't have a tenant so who was going to care?
Loki's breath hung in the cold air as he breathed out trying to hold his tears at bay. It had been two months since he had been banished from Asgard… banished from Thor. Sure, he had tried to kill Thor but that didn't mean he loved him any less. Now he was here on this god forsaken plane having nothing to do but to think of ways to die and ways for Thor to die so they could be together once more.
Looking out at the rain Loki felt his spirits sink even more. There was no way. For the briefest of moments Loki regretted all the acts he had committed against Asgard. If only he could see Thor again.
That last thought brought a wicked smile to Loki's lips. Standing he started to pace. Yes, yes, he could do this. Create a need to have Thor in this world. He chuckled, it was so easy!
Thor would be his again.
