Chapter 1: Their Love

A certain tone from her hand phone woke Yuni up. She grabbed it and looked at the message sent from her boyfriend. A smile appeared on her lips. It said nothing special but good morning, but it made Yuni happy more than anything else.

'Good morning, Byakuran-san.' She texted back. She looked at the time. It was still early so she could chat with him a little longer before getting up. It had been three months that they had become an item. She never thought that Byakaran would be so sweet and caring because he was the boss of the family which was her family's greatest enemy in the mafia world. Yes, the Gesso and the Giglio Nero never united in this world. In fact, the two families had a very bad relationship. She heard from her mother that one of her previous bosses was accidently killed by the Gesso and since then the two families have nothing but hatred toward each other. Many people would wonder how she had become her greatest enemy's girlfriend. It was not mind-controlling or something like that. She loved him from her heart and so did he. She strongly believed that they have a strong relationship that even their families could not break.

Byakuran smiled at the screen of his phone. As usual, his sky arcobaleno maiden was sweet and loveable. He picked a piece of marshmallow from the package and ate it. He never thought Yuni would return his feelings for her. He used to believe that the problems between their families would cause his love life trouble. He noticed Yuni at the the world-wide meeting of the Mafiosi for the first time. Her strong and determined blue eyes caught his attention at once although she did not realize him at first. It was almost half and a year that the meeting was held, but Byakuran confessed her only four months ago. He did not have any bad intention like gathering tri ni set which his other self from another world did and using Yuni to fulfil his will. He loved her so much. His only determination is to bring peace between their families again as Yuni really hated violence.

At first he was really scared of confessing Yuni. Yes, he really did. The holder of the Mare ring of the sky and one of the strongest Mafiosi did scare to confess his love. He thought about the fact that if his feelings were true or not and if he should confess her or not seriously over and over again. He even asked his precious best friend, Shou-chan for advice. Of course, the megane boy tried to stop him at first. But later both of them realized that Byakuran really was in love with Yuni. Ever since then Shouichi was helping them with their relationship. Apart from Shouichi, Sawada Tsunayoshi was the only one who knew about them. Luckily, the brunette wanted their families to be in good condition so he also helped the two of them.

Yuni realized it was almost time to get up. She sent the last message, stating 'I love you' to her love and got up to prepare for school.

Byakuran whisphered those three words while smiling brightly. He wished Yuni could hear his voice. He, too, needed to go to his office so he bid her farewell. And both of them started the daily routine of boring activities.
