Haruhi sat and watched the sky. This was one of those rare moments where she just stopped and smelled the flowers, so to speak.

"It's quite peaceful here." Said a voice to her right. Haruhi looked to where the voice came from. There was Tamaki laying back and watching the clouds. The garden they sat in was secluded and peaceful.

"It's very warm out." Haruhi noted.

"It is." He agreed as he smiled up at the sun.

"It's very pleasant." He added.

Haruhi pondered that for a moment and replied "It is."

Haruhi was reminded of a day when she was little. Her mother and she were sitting in a park on a day like this.

"Haruhi, honey. It's days like this that make angels smile." He mother said. Haruhi looked at her mother slightly confused.

"Do you believe in Angels Okaa-san?"

Her mother smiled down at her.

"Yes, I believe in Angels, and I believe in Fairies. Did you know that they love days like this? When it's nice and warm and you don't need winter clothes anymore. They come out to dance and play."

"Your joking!"

"No! And the Earth comes out to play!"

"Fairies like days like this" Haruhi wondered aloud as she remembered that day.

"Hoe?" Tamaki asked as he looked at her in surprise.

"My mother told me that when I was little. She said days like this make Angels smile and Fairies dance and the Earth plays." Tamaki looked at her and smiled gently.

"That's a very lovely thought." He told her.

"She told me a poem once ….

The Earth has come to life today.

Spring is here, hurray, hurray.

The flowers are happy.

They wave delight.

The sun shines bright with all her might

So fly little fairy, fly, fly, fly.

Fly through the meadow & touch the sky.

When you get to where your going, Remember this day.

The day the Earth came out to play"

"That's a very nice poem." Tamaki told her.

"It is. And you know what." Haruhi asked as she lay back in the grass with Tamaki.

"What?" Tamaki asked.

"I know it sounds silly, but I think she was right. The Earth seems a little happier on days like this."

Tamaki grinned and leaned over and kissed the younger girl on the forehead.

"That's why I married you. You can seem so hustle and bustle one moment and then you can see that the sun is out or that one of the kids has made a new project and you automatically turn into the image of wonder. I love you Suoh Haruhi."

"And I love you Senpai." She replied with a small grin.
