Bella P.O.V.

As I put the last box in the moving van I thought 'Moving again I can't believe it.' It's only been three months since we last moved, but I made friends in this town and Charlie, my verbally abusive birth father, didn't like the idea of me possibly confiding in my new friends and snitching him out. I would never do such a thing I would be afraid of the consequences since I know he'd find a way to get out of trouble. Plus why would he be scared, anyways verbal abuse isn't even considered that serious?

It turns out Charlie found a job in a town called Forks. He is to be the chief of police so now I know there is no way out of this hell. I only have to endure one more year of his verbal abuse and he hasn't ever truly hurt me too bad it's not like I'm scarred for life.

"Isabella, hurry up and get in the car we're leaving!" There's Charlie. I didn't even have a chance so say good-bye to my friends…Oh well I guess.

The car rides feels like an eternity all I see is pine tree, after pine tree, and more green. "ugh," 'oh shit did I just say that out loud crap crap crap.'

"What was that Bells?"

'He never calls me Bells anymore what's up with him?' "Umm nothing its just it's so beautiful I can't wait to get settled in."

"Good because you know how I hate complaints."

When we finally arrived at our new home I realized it wouldn't be so bad the house was actually pretty big. 'I bet he used some of the money my mother left me after she died to buy this house,' I thought. The house is two stories high with a porch that wraps all the way around the house. It is all white with blue window frames. Actually to say the least it is a very beautiful house and I am so grateful that it is so spacious so I can avoid Charlie at all costs.

"Bells get settled in and I will be back in an hour"...

"Ok dinner will be ready when you get back".

Now that he is gone I can get settled in without his prying eyes. I walk into the house and keep my head down so I can walk up the left stairway without falling. Finally, after locating what Charlie marked as my room i realize that next time I should ask for a map. "Wow" my room is huge and I have my own bathroom. I wonder why Charlie is being so nice to me. Maybe he really does want a fresh start like he said he does. Well all I can do is hope for the best.

I look around the room and notice Charlie has already fully furnished my room. The furniture looks very expensive, but I've never been interesting in stuff like that I'm a pretty simple girl. I walked right passed my new couch to the wall across from my doorway and out onto my balcony. I just noticed despite the enormous front and backyard this house has my balcony is literally touching the balcony to one of my nieghbors. "Ugh, just what I needed to be this close to the stupid neighbors."

"Excuse me?"

I look up and see the most gorgeous hazel eyes I have ever seen.
