We start off with Anakin Skywalker arriving at Supreme Chancellor Palpatine/Darth Sidious' Suite on Coruscant when Mace Windu cornered Sidious, who suddenly unleashes Force Lightning on Mace. Mace deflected the Force Lightning back at Palpatine with his Lightsaber, then a mysterious blue box materialized behind Anakin, and a person stepped out of it.
"I'm the Doctor," the person told Anakin, "and I know about Padmé. If you let Mace kill Sidious, I can save her. Just let Mace destroy the last of the Sith."
"Ok," said Anakin, "but how can you save her?"
"I will show you after Sidious is eliminated," the Doctor told Anakin. "Just let Mace kill him."
"Got it," said Anakin.
"I- I'm... too weak...," said Sidious as his Force Lightning dies down. "Please... don't kill me... NOOOOO!"
Mace slices Sidious' head off with his Lightsaber, and he died.
"Now," Mace told Anakin, "go with the Doctor. Save Padmé. Bring Peace to the Galaxy. End this war."
"I won't let you down," Anakin told Mace. "I promise."
The Doctor and Anakin left in their ships and were on their way to Naboo to see Padmé.
Once they got there, they saw that Padmé was still alive and well, but the Doctor and Anakin both knew that that wouldn't last long. Anakin and the Doctor landed at the palace, and got out of their ships. Padmé saw Anakin, and ran up to him.
"I saw your ship," said Padmé as she hugged Anakin. "Who's this?"
"I'm the Doctor," said the Doctor, "and I am able to save you from death. Here, I am going to give something to you."
The Doctor then reached his hands out, and a yellow aura appeared and went into Padmé, then Padmé started glowing.
"Why am I glowing?" Padmé asked.
"Because you were about to die," the Doctor told her, "and I saved you."
"I'm carrying twins, and I don't know what will happen to them," said Padmé.
"Don't worry," said the Doctor, "your twins will be fine. They will survive what you're about to experience. It's called 'Regeneration.'"
Suddenly, Padmé's arms and head started to flare, and the Doctor yelled, "STAND BACK!"
Padmé was on fire – literally – for thirty seconds, then she was fine. She was the same as she was before!
"Padmé!" cried Anakin.
"Anakin!" cried Padmé.
They hugged each other and kissed. Then, they said "Thank you" to the Doctor, and they went to Mustafar to shut down all Battle Droids in the Galaxy.
The Battle Droids were shut down, the war was over, and Anakin and Padmé had their first two children: Luke and Leia Skywalker. From then on, there was peace in the Galaxy at last; and it's all thanks to the Doctor.
