No amount of 'hail Mary's will grant me pardon from these sins. They are too heavy, too damning. My path is set, the destination certain. The only thing that I have control over is the journey.
I still hold out hope, that maybe, somehow, the divine can save me from the damned, from myself.
In doing so, maybe my other half would be delivered, as well. That's all that matters. I would brave the fiercest flames of Hell if it would mean that Ren would be spared from this.
