Chapter 1
Fudge sat in his chair rubbing his hands nervously as sweat slowly rolled down the side of his face,
"Where are they? It's 2:15. You said they'd be her at 2." Asked the man sitting across from Fudge in a stone cold voice.
"… Um … Im sure they are on their way… ill see what Shirley has to say." he said as he got up and excused himself. Walking into Shirley's office he yelled " where the HELL are they! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 2!"
"Sir I just got an owl from Mr. Robinson, I was just about to come tell you that he will not be able to come for a few more days and so he sent his apprentice on ahead of him. He had a family emergency"
"Bloody hell" he wined "what am I supposed to tell him know… that the real medi- wizard decided not to show up so he's going to send his little leech in his place"
"Um excuse me," said a soft but strong voice" im her on behave of Mr. Robinson" they young women said as they turned around and looked at her.
"Well it's about damn time you showed up. You have kept him waiting. Follow me" said fudge as he pushed past her, and walk back to his office.
"Stay here till I cal you in" Fudge said dismissively while walking to the door of his offence
"Ah Mr. Malfoy there was a slight problem" Fudge started.
Malfoy looked at him with a raised brow "what do you mean" he said in a steal like voice.
"Well the medi-wizard, Mr. Robinson, has had a dreadful family emergency and so he will not be able to make it."
"Then find me a new one." He said in a frightfully calm tone, although in his mind he was yelling at fudge what the hell you fucking assured me the bastard was going to come you old fool now what the hell am I supposed to do. She's dieing!
"Well you see he sent his apprentice ahead of him he said he would only be a few day and she comes with the highest of recommendations.
"I do not fucking care I want someone who knows what the fuck they are doing" Malfoy stated.
"Um… Mr. Malfoy ... she got the highest marks of her year from Hogwarts and graduated a year before she had to from Hogwarts and broke some of the highest marks set previously. She also finished the first of her medi- wizard education at ST. Mongos a year and a half ahead of schedule. I believe she is now on here last few month of apprenticeship.
"Who is she?" he asked it better not be Grange braking records my ass.
Fudge cleared his throat " Her name is Kyra Ni Conner and she is waiting outside my door should I bring her in?"
