Emily was standing rooted to the spot. She couldn't move an inch. She was afraid that if she did she would cry. Hotch was down on one knee in front of the whole team and the whole bar with a ring in his hand.

Hotch knew that this was the moment to propose to Emily. He wanted her in his life forever and always.

"Emily, I love you with everything that I am and everything that I have in me. Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife? Emily Prentiss will you marry me?" Hotch asked.

Emily couldn't believe what she was seeing and hearing. But as she stared into Hotch's eyes she knew that this was not a dream.

"Yes, YES I WILL MARRY YOU!!!" Emily started to say in a whisper but finished in a happy shout.

Hotch got up off of his knee and slid the ring onto Emily's finger before pulling her into his arms and kissing the daylights out of her. The team and everyone at the bar started cheering for the happy couple.

Hotch broke the kiss and whispered "Emily Prentiss I swore to share you joy and your pain and I swear it all over again. I love you and I will always be by your side when you need me and even when you don't. Nothing could cause me to leave your side."

Emily smiled at Hotch with tears in her eyes. "I love you too Aaron. I'm never going to say goodbye. You and Jack are my life. I have told you that before and I will swear it all over again."

Finally the team broke the happy couple apart and congratulated them.

"It's about damn time!" Morgan said with a smile.

"Boss Man that was so romantic doing it in front of everyone." Garcia said.

"I knew it was just a matter of time." Dave said.

"I'm so happy for you two." JJ said.

"Emily and Hotch I am happy for you two. You two make a great couple." Spencer said.

After getting hugged by everyone or slapped on the back in Hotch's case Emily was back in his arms again. She would spend the rest of her life in his arms and she couldn't be any happier about that. Hotch kissed the top of Emily's head and couldn't believe how lucky he was. He was so ecstatic that he would get to spend his life loving this woman.
