Season 1:
The world is not what it seems....
(See a man with a half-burned away face talking to a figure in a blood red cloak. Nothing can be seen of the face – only a single strand of long, blonde hair blowing in the breeze. The man hisses, pulling back what lips he has and revealing blood-soaked, dagger-like fangs.)
(A creature, strange, unlike anything anyone has ever seen, with skin covered in blister-like soars and one eye gone, leaving a bloody, gaping hole in his hideous face, jumps from atop a building, screeching wildly as it prepares to attack it's prey.)
The dead walk among the living...
(young A man, with dark raven hair, pale white skin, and a face full of terrible scars, bows to the same red-cloaked figure seen before.)
Man: I have seen him, Your Imperial Darkness.
(The red-cloaked figure says nothing. Instead, she simply extends her hand, revealing white skin and dark ebony nails that look like pristine, deadly claws. She opens her hand, and then closes it sharply. The man in front of her bursts into flames, shrieking in agony as he is reduced to no more than ashes, which blow away in the wind.)
...and only one can stop them.
(Show Jake, slipping on the grass and falling. The students around him laugh, and Jake leans his head back, groaning and closing his eyes.)
Him.
(Show Miranda sighing, running her fingers through her hair. She makes eye contact with a terrified, wide-eyed Jake. She's ablaze with passion and seriousness.)
Miranda: Jake, listen to me! You. Are. The. Slayer. You're the only thing stopping THEM from killing everything you ever cared about. Everything you hold close to your heart? Gone. And all because of something you have the power to stop.
This April....
(Jake does a fancy aerial kick, snapping the necks of a strange red-creature. The creature squeals in pain, it's head snapping clean off. It's body crumples to the floor, and it's head rolls, just before both turn to crimson dust and disappear completely.)
Jake: Whoa. I'm freakin' SUPERMAN!
Prepare...
Lukas: They're coming after us, Jake! They're coming for you, and for me, and for everything else with a beating heart!
To...
Jake: You people say this is my destiny! But what about my choice?!
Face...
Miranda: Jake, NO!!!

(Show Jake riding on a black Harley down the street. He's being pursued by a strange shadow on the road.)
FEARS.
(The red hooded figure is shown again. It's standing in a garden, broken and old. Withering vines crawl desperately over everything. The wind howls, blowing the black roses that grow over a broken angel fountain. The figure reaches up a hand and pulls down it's hood)
