Sam woke up in the middle of the night and had to go to the bathroom badly. He went into the bathroom and closed the door and did his business. After he was done he washed his hands and was drying them off when he heard something from the shower.
"Dean, I know it's you. Your trying to get me back for the snakes."
A scratching sound continued from the shower but Sam wasn't buying it.
"Dean, how very childish of you."
The sound continued and Sam turned the light on. He pulled back the shower curtain and passed out from fear and shock.

Dean laughed as he saw Sam laying unconscious on the floor.
"Told you I'd get you back."
He looked at himself in the mirror dressed as a clown.
"This was so worth it," He said grinning.
