Hey this is a story idea of mine. It's a crossover between Naruto Shippuden and Trigun.
Where Pain's Tendo Path uses chibaku tensei to capture Naruto. Nagato used up to much power and ends up creating a new moon. An undetermined amount of time in the future and the planet has become an inhospitable desert world with 2 suns and 5 moons. Then the Seed ships come and there's the Great Fall. People begin living their lives and christened their new home world 'Planet Gunsmoke'.
Story starts after Vash blows a whole through one of the moons, subsequently releasing Naruto. Who is later found in a large crater surrounded by chunks of rock by a gun-gang from one of the plant cities. He is virtually unchanged but with large wholes in his memory. He remembers him-self, his friends, and chakra; but nothing about the shinobi nations, jutsu, the biju, or what his life was like before he was found. Naruto for a time lives with the gang that found him, using his skills to help them steal and fight off other criminal gangs while he learns about the world he has found himself in.
The leader of the gang that took Naruto in takes advantage of the name 'Humanoid Typhoon' to commit crimes. He eventually encounters Vash who takes out said leader for using his name. Later Naruto runs into Vash again and they become fast-friends. Naruto gains his own name following Vash on his journey even as he becomes even more immersed in the struggle between Vash, Knives, the Plants, and the fate of humanity on Gunsmoke.
I don't know what I would call Naruto, Vash has three or four different names (If you only count the long one as one name), so I think Naruto should have as many as well. Suggestions would be very helpful. I do know that I don't want Naruto to use justu; he might use guns, knives, or his fists. But he won't use justu, but still use chakra, like sticking to walls, or enhancing himself. At least enough to rival Vash or Knives, but he won't be superman. Will the kyuubi be around maybe, probably not. Its gonna take me some time to go over my Trigun facts as I haven't read it in a while. I want to see this crossover grow, so if anyone wants to adapt my idea for their own story then go right ahead.
