"Sarah, you gotta trust me on this."
"Fine! But if you get shot, I'm gonna be mad!"
Chuck and Sarah slipped the baklava's over their faces, and proceeded inside the abandoned warehouse.
"They should be here somewhere." Chuck stopped as he herd a gun click behind his head.
"so nice to see you. Too bad it's the last time we shall meet."
"Sarah," Chuck whispered, "do it!
Before he could react, Chuck's assailant found himself on the wrong side of a very nasty looking knife.
"So this is how you treat my boyfriend? Die MATHAFACKA!!!" She struck right between his shoulderblades, splitting his windpipe in half. She pulled her knife out of his chest cavity, and wiped it on the ground.
"Sarah, you have a very dirty mouth!"
She grinned shyly. "Sorry Chuck, I can get swept up in the moment sometimes." The faint wailing of sirens in the distance told them it was time to go.
"Come on, I know an easy way out of here?"
"Wait, you've been here before?" Sarah looked at him, a quizzical expression on her face.
"Uh, duh of course I have!" Chuck said as he ran, "I have many fond memories of this place!"
Sarah decided it was better not to askā¦
-----
As they burst through the door, a cop car pulled up infront of them. "Hands in the air! Now!"
Without thinking, Chuck raised his gun and fired twice. The police officer's lifeless body dropped to the ground with a resounding thud.
"Chuck!?! What have you done?"
"Quick Sarah, get in the car! We have to go. NOW!
Sarah had hardly stepped foot in the car when Chuck slammed on the accelerator. "We need to get to the docks before we can leave town, see if you can work the GPS thingy. "
"Sure thing hon," Sarah began to fiddle with the GPS as Chuck made a drifting right-hand turn at high-speed. As Chuck glanced in the rearview mirror, he noticed the flashing lights behind him.
"I got these guys" Sarah said, rolling down her window. "Mind if I borrow the shotgun?"
"It's all yours babe!" Chuck grinned.
With a quick smile, Sarah leaned out the window, took aim at their pursuers, and fired. The fragments spread out, impacting a large portion of the car. The driver swerved, and ran directly into a tanker parked on the street. The blast from the explosion was enough to knock Chuck out of his seat.
Suddenly door to the bedroom flew open. Ellie had a worried look on her face.
"Charles Irving Bartowski, What was that?"
"Nuthin sis, Sarah and I were just playing a little GTA."
