Blind Darkness

On the side of Darkness, these double doors lead to Light. But, on the side of Light, these same doors lead strait to your soul! ...7 original lines, and one line containing a partial DD quote.

I'm afraid to close my eyes.
Because if I do,
I'll be alone in a world without you.
Can't you see?!
I'm afraid of the dark,
Wherever it be,
And closing my eyes
Is only to drown me.

AN: Of all my poems, even though I don't cosider this one of my best, I think it's still my favorite. :-)
