Everyone else was going to wear their Sunday best and I decided that, while I looked at the suit in black, that you really wouldn't want people to look so depressed at your funeral. I sigh before turning to look at the letter addressed to me by your sister, she had been the one to find you while I was at work, and I take in a sobbing gasp.
There was your picture on our last honeymoon. You're eyes lit up, your hair pulled up into a pony tail, and your biggest smile in place.
You were and still are perfect, but your gone and where I can't reach you.
"Nami," I call out setting my hand on the picture, my thumb trailing the line. "I'm so sorry." I have to force my eyes away as the tears sting and burn. "I should have seen the signs."
Everyone was going to wear those depressing clothes, but I won't allow you to cry. I'll make our family shine.
"Sanji, Luffy, Ace!" I shout loud enough to bring my children into the room. I look at each of them in their P.J's even though it was ten in the morning. "Where bright colors… your mother would have wanted to see you happy not gloomy."
Sadly Ace's face turned pale and tears gleamed in his brown eyes, though he was fifteen, and he grabbed Sanji's shoulders that in turn picked up their baby brother, Luffy.
"You're right…" Ace spoke softly before he led his eleven and nine year brother out. "How… when are we going?"
"Soon, okay, son, soon."

Nami's grave lowered into the ground and he couldn't breathe when all three of his sons pulled him into a hug wailing at the top of their lungs.
Tears fell down his face and he hugged them in turn, "It's okay… she's with Gramz."
"Zoro?" it was Robin, Nami's co-worker. "You look horrible!"
"That happens when you lose your wife, Nico." Zoro said with a few deep breaths at beginning and ending. "I… I really need to take my son's home…" Nico nodded.
"Dad… will we see mommy when we get home?" Luffy questioned wiping tears away.
"No, Mommy's gone, Lu, she'll be waiting for us later on in life… After all, an Angle can't wait around…" Zoro kissed his son's head. "But Mommy will guide you… okay… she'll be in you… your heart…" again he kissed each of his son's foreheads. "Let's go home."
