" Dave's Trip
To Space"

"I wish I could go to space just like you", Dave the Minion said to Gru. Gru replied, "You have to find another way to get into space because I sold the spaceship." Dave became sad. He really wanted to go to the space and learn about the different layers of the atmosphere.
Dave went to to Margo to ask about the space and money. She smartly replied, "I won't give you my money, but I will share my knowledge. We live in the Troposphere, above our layer is the Stratosphere, which contains the Ozone Layer that protects us from the UV rays. Watch out for the flying planes. Then, we have the coldest layer ever, the Mesosphere. Then, is the Thermosphere. If you like pretty things, I recommend Thermospher, which has the Ionosphere layer, which contains the Aurora. Finally, you will be it the last layer, the Exosphere Layer. I recommend that you have a lot of Oxygen tubes in your spaceship or whatever it is you will be flying in. Also, don't mess with the satellites that are there. Finally from there you will be in space and then you can go to the Moon."
Dave looked at his notes that he wrote and began to review them. He began to think of ways to get to the Moon. He tried asking his friend for some money. But, his friend just stretched his goggles and after releasing them, Dave went flying backwards. Dave asked Anges for some money. She sweetly replied, "Okay, but I only have a Dollar, which I was saving for ice- cream." Dave, feeling guilty, gave the money back. He was about to ask Edith, but he sort of knew the answer. He went begging to Gru. Gru told Dave to just steal one, because it would take a week to make one. Dave infiltrated Vector's Fortress, dressed as an agent. He stealthily found the space ship. After making sure no one was looking, he changed into his spacesuit. After, the spaceship was going in to the space, he realized the battery was charged only 50%. He just shrugged and kept on going.
He took a picture of Aurora, when he was going through the Ionosphere, in the Thermoshere. Finally, he arrived on the moon. He planted his flag, which beared the capital M. When he decided to leave, and was near the Exosphere, suddenly the spaceship said, "Warning. The battery is 0 %." Dave began to scream and jumped out of the space ship. "Sucker!" he shouted as he saw the space ship fall. Suddenly, he realized that he was also falling. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" he shouted. He took off his space suit, but was wearing his overalls underneath. He used his space suit to make a parachute, but he it accidentally slipped out of his hands. He started screaming again. As he was about to hit the ground, his friend caught him. Dave began to hug him tightly. His friend was about to stretch his goggles, so Dave ran away into the Lab.
There, he called everyone together. He told everyone his stories. Gru asked, "Which layer is the coldest?" Dave of course said that it was Mesosphere. Gru looked impressed. Then Dave proclaimed, "That was one small step for a minion; one giant leap for Minionkind. I'm the first minion to go to the Moon." Gru cleared his throat and said in a sad voice, "Sorry Dave, but it was your friend, Kevin, who went to the Moon first. Edith won the lottery, so she gave Kevin money, since you didn't ask." Kevin laughed and said, "Sucker!" Dave stood speechless, but after a while he said, "Whaaaaaat?"
