Setting is Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden (Correct me?), in the run-down community within it. Heartless and Nobodies roam freely, causing everyone to have to keep a weapon equipped with them at all times, whether it be the trademarked Keyblade, to the original Gunblade.
The disease spreading like wildfire? It's not Geostigma, for one. It's a rather recently discovered one. Cells from the body (Such as skin, blood, and tongue cells) are being tested on by Vexen (A close friend of Axel, Marluxia, Larxene, and Roxas) in his laboratory.
Let's admire a year in their shoes, shall we?
