The Real First Chapter: Invitation for Vacation
Cody walked into his brother's and sister-in-law's house.
"Knock, knock!" He said once he was in.
Zack yelled at his brother. "Cody! Didn't you ever hear of knocking?"
"Yeah, I did. Didn't you just hear me say 'knock, knock'?"
"You know what I mean. Now why are you hear?"
Cody walked into the living room and sat down on the couch. "Well, I, got us some tickets to go to the Barbados."
Zack looked at his brother. "Just me and you?"
"Nope! Me, you, Maya, Bailey, my kids, your kids, London, Marcus, their kids, Woody, Addison, their kids, and Mr and Mrs Moesby and their daughters."
"How can you afford all of us?!" Zack exclaimed.
Cody smiled. "One of the benefits of both me and my wife being doctors...But that's not how I got them though. Well not exactly..."
"How'd you get'em?"
"The hospital was having a contest between the workers."
"And knowing you, it had something to do with science or math, huh?"
Cody nodded. "How many needles were a box."
Zack cringed. "Ugh...Needles. But yes, I'm sure that Maya and the kids would love to go.
