Reunion
Prologue: W Academy
The headmaster ran into the prestigious school's court yard where a massive fight had erupted. It involved almost all of the Europe class and a few other classes as well. "STOP!" the adult yelled to get the unruly teens' attention. Everyone stopped their attack. "What's this about?" he inquired with out softening his tone in the least. The students were all silent.
A blond boy watching the whole thing from the sideline spoke up, "The German boy there started it." Vash pointed to one of the boys in the middle of the group.
"Ludwig! Report to my office immediately!" the headmaster demanded before storming on ahead.
"Yes Sir," Ludwig answered. He was going to follow but first he had to talk to someone. Gilbert let go of his victim when his brother grabbed him forcefully and dragged him towards the office building.
"What the hell bro? I was doing really well just then!" Gilbert wasn't happy to be dragged out of a fight, especially by his little brother who happened to be larger and better built than him.
"You need to take the blame for this."
"Like hell I will!" It didn't really matter if he got in trouble, Gilbert was just too awesome to be taking orders from people.
"I knew you would say that," Ludwig sighed, "I can't get expelled dad would be furious and I can't have something like this go on my record." He tried to keep a completely serious face but Gilbert could see the pleading in his bright blue eyes. Not even Awesomeness could resist that face. When it came down to it Gilbert loved his little bro and would do anything to help him.
He looked away from the Germans pleading blue eyes to break their hold over him. "Fine! I'll do it."
"Thank you Gilbert," Ludwig smiled. Normally a hug would be inserted here but both brothers were way to manly to hug each other, but they understood.
They walked together to the headmasters office where Gilbert explained how he had started the fight and not Ludwig. It had been no ordinary brawl, it involved kids from all across the globe. Only once before had there been a fight so bad on campus. Gilbert got expelled from the school for 12 weeks. However after the time was up he never bothered coming back.
For the most part no one seemed to notice. Ludwig had an occasional feeling of guilt for making hid beloved older brother drop out, but he always came to the conclusion it was better that way. The only kids that really missed Gilbert were his two best friends Francis and Antonio.
The three had become notorious throughout the halls of W Academy. It was a sad day at graduation with out their friend but they both moved on and became very successful men.
