Chapter 1: Discover
Santa Prica ,June 13, 6:00pm
"Kid, You all right?" called Tigris through the headset. I shutter and answer quickly " I'm fine. Let's just continue with the mission already."
We were at Santa Pricsa an island not know for its beautiful creatures and scenery, but for transporting dangerous weapons to villains.
"Come on guys. My Scarab is picking up some huge activity in that building over there." remark Bluebeetle.
Bluebeetle has been a friend of my ever since I crash the mode and got stuck back in time. Later back he was being control by the Reach, luckily me and the rest of the team were able to find a cure to bring him back to the good side.
"Shhhhh..Do you want to get spotted? Were only here to observe and get info. That is all." replied Tigris.
"Really?I bet a thousands times that were not gonna do that." I said.
Tigris grin,"Your catching on Kid. Now let's move in."
I nodded and followed her and Bluebeetle inside. We headed towards the site when I spotted Lex Luthor.
"Luthor." I muffled. "What is he doing here?"
"Maybe the question we should be asking is what he's planning here?" Bluebeetle said amusingly.
"Real funny Blue. Real funny." Tigris said unamused.
*beep* *beep* *beep* "Plasma radio beam activated." cried the loud speaker.
What could they be possibly be doing with that beam? I thought.
"Mr. Luthor the Beam is now set on its target." said a women in a black coat.
"Thank you, Kara. But before you do the experiment please dispose those three pest for me." Luthor said grinning and pointed at me and the rest of the squad. We've been discover.
Kid: So your ending your first story chapter with a cliffhanger?
Me: I think it's good.
Kid: Ok. Let's see how many reviews you get from that.
