It was dark and rainy, yet a lone Nobody stood in front of Memory Skyscraper. His hood was down, letting the rain soak his fire engine red hair. He didn't care if his cloak was drenched. Droplets of water slid down his face like tears. It was as though the sky was weeping for the man because he could not. He made not move, showed no indication of leaving, even as the storm battered his lithe form.
The man whispered one word—one name—yet it seemed to be more deafening than the thunder that raged overhead.
"Roxas."
Time seemed to freeze. The storm stopped and the following silence was unnatural. It was almost eerie. It seemed like the whole world was holding it's breath, waiting to see what the redhead would do next.
The space not far away from the Nobody warped, revealing another black-cloaked figure. The newcomer's sandy blond was like a mullet. He inhaled the fresh after-storm air deeply before turning to the redhead.
"Hey, Axel. Superior wants to talk to you. But you might want to go change first. Don't want to catch pneumonia, do you?" He tried to keep his tone light and joking, but there was no masking the fake concern underneath.
Axel smiled wistfully. "Sorry, Dem. I don't answer to Xemnas anymore." He turned around and walked away, waving lazily, not really caring if Demyx saw it or not. His path was illuminated by both the heart shaped moon glowing faintly in the sky above and the dim neon lights that decorated almost every building.
Axel had made up his mind. He was going to get Roxas—his Roxas—back no matter what it took. He would get the sweet little blond back or he would die trying.
Unfortunately, unbeknownst to Axel at the time, it was going to end up as the latter.

I don't know about you, but I think Roxas is kinda sweet during his Organization days. So, if you disagree, that's all well and good. Just don't go dumping your opinion on me. M'kay?
