Harry potter, Character death, Angst.
(I think this ending would have been better than the stupid epilogue. DX)
Harry opened his eyes. It was still dark, so early in the morning. He rolled over and managed to untangle his legs from the knotted mess of blankets at
the bottom of the bed. Sitting up he realized he would not be able to go back to sleep tonight. So he grabbed his glasses and did what he would
always do on nights like these, wander the halls of Hogwarts. He snuck out of his dorm, being careful not to step on the squeaky board by Ron's bed.
He shuffled down the stairs and into the common room, where the fire had long been banked for the night, and slipped out the door. As Harry's bare
feet padded along in the cold stone corridors he began to think. He began to realize how much his life sucked. I mean for Christ's sake! He was
supposed to be the boy who would protect the world from the greatest evil ever known! Plus he had the problems all teenagers have: Lots of hard
schoolwork, tests, friends and awkward social situations. And they expected him to be perfect! It was all just too much for one boy to handle. As Harry
thought he began to unconsciously climb higher and higher in the castle until he reached as high as he could go, the aviary. Harry walked over to one
of the windows and climbed up on the sill. It was then that he made a decision. Harry Potter, the boy who lived, jumped.
