He blinked his tears back, still not believing what had just happened. He stared at the door, recalling what exactly happened a few minutes ago. He slapped himself hard on the cheek, trying to see if this was one of his nightmares; he felt a slight sting on the side of his face. No, it wasn't a dream; it was real.
He couldn't believe it. After all of those happy moments they had spent together, it was finally over. After all those shopping sprees that he paid for, after all those picnics on the park and those walks on the beach, after those happy moments on stage, it was finally over.
"Nate," Jason muttered, calling out to the youngest of the group, "maybe she needs some time. It'll be alright."
"Yeah." Shane agreed. "It'll be okay."
"NO!" He shouted back, surprising the other members of Connect Three. "IT'S NOT GOING TO BE ALRIGHT!" His tears rapidly rolled down his face, and he didn't bother to wipe them away.
She swore that they would last forever. Being the idiot he was, he believed it. But apparently, that statement was a lie. They didn't last forever.
"She didn't even say goodbye…." He stated to himself, sobbing. Shifting his weight to turn his body around, he looked at the clock. Today, on December 30, 2007, at exactly 7:05pm, his love of his life, Miley Stewart, walked out of his life, stomping out his tour bus, not even taking the time to say goodbye to end their relationship.

There's kinda a backstory to this. You probably heard it if you're a Niley fan. Nick (Nate in the fic, due to the rules) and Miley broke up during the BOBW Tour, correct? And it was the day before New Year's Eve, I think. Well, that's what I heard. And even though I heard that it was Nick who broke up with Miley, I switched it around because it's based off of JB's song. Basically, I took a rumor and made a songfic out of it. xD
Anyways, I just found this old file somewhere on my flash drive. I thought I should post it up. It's not that good, but please review!
