"So where are we going honey?" Gerry asked as they walked through Kings Cross.

"Gerry what part of surprise do you not understand?!"

"Well don't tell me where we're going or what we're doing but tell me the general area?"

"No! You aren't ruining another surprise!"

"Slight flaw in that plan sweetie!"

"And what's that?" Sandra asked.

"You have to buy tickets and you'll have to tell them where you want them to."

"Oh Gerry, do you really think I'm that stupid?! I ordered them in advance and just have to pick them up."

"Fine." Gerry replied grumpily as they continued to walk to the ticket office.

"Hi, I'm here to pick up two tickets." Sandra told the young woman on the ticket desk.

"Yes sure, name?" The woman asked cheerily.

"Sandra Pullman."

"Yeah, two adult tickets." She said before looking up at Gerry. "I'm sorry but I think you'd be better off with a concession ticket for your father."

"I'm sorry but he is my parent and we're fine with two adult tickets thank you." Sandra told the girl bluntly receiving a look that was quite common when she told people that Gerry was in fact her partner. It was a look when people assumed that she was a gold-digger and with Gerry for his money, only none of that true considering she warned the most money out of the two of them.

"Is there a problem baby?" Gerry asked Sandra.

"No, I'm sorting it."

"I'm sorry sir, but how old are you?"

"Why?" Gerry asked the young woman.

"She thinks I should have bought you a concessions ticket." Sandra filled him in.

"Oh well I'm sorry but my birth certificate doesn't agree with you." Gerry joked.

"Can I see some ID then please?"

"No. I find the way that you're treating us extremely rude and I'm sorry to ruin this Sandra but we'll find alternative methods of transport from now." Gerry told the woman.

"I'm so sorry sir, madam."

"Thought you might be." Gerry said as he took Sandra's hand and walked out.
