Macharry, Act One Scene Seven

Based On Shakespeare's Macbeth

Malfoy: Macharry you will never be quiditch captain!

Macharry: Bugger off, Malfoy.

Ron: Yea.

Malfoy: Red hair and a hand me down robe? No need to ask who you are. You stink Weasley. You are both Gryfindor losers.

Ron: Ya wanna take this outside, Malfoy?

Malfoy: Yea, Macharry is stinking up the hallway.

(Ron and Malfoy exit)

Machermione: What's going on?

Macharry: Ron and Malfoy had a fight and they are going off to have a duel.

Machermione: I hate Malfoy!!! If he hurts Ron, I'll kill him. You know what? We shouldn't wait for Ron to get hurt. Lets kill Malfoy today.

Macharry: No. Our house might lose points.

Machermione: Don't you care about Gryfindor? We are supposed to be brave. Just think, you would be quiditch team captain and Malfoy and his dirty quiditch playing tactics would be gone. Hogwarts is respectable and no place for cheaters like Malfoy. Malfoy's father wouldn't have any more connections in the school so no muggle-borns at Howgwarts will have anything to fear. You will be a hero.

Macharry: I do care about Gryfindor. But everyone would hate me if I lost more house points.

Machermione: You fool! We'll blame it on Crabbe and Goyle. They ate those cupcakes in the second movie. They are idiots. Plus, many of the house points you lose are Malfoy's fault, anyway.

Macharry: Yes, they did eat the cupcakes, but how can we blame it on them? They are Malfoy's friends.

Machermione: We'll just make comments on their murderous plot and then their murderous murder of Malfoy.

Macharry: So?

Machermione: So, eventually they will begin to believe us.

(Machermione leaves)

Macharry: To kill Malfoy, or not to kill Malfoy, that is the question. People will hate me if I do and people will hate me if I don't. It is a lose lose win win situation. If I do it, Gryfindors will love me but I might get suspended or lose house points. Worse, Malfoy's father might kill me. But, if Machermione's plan works, no one will know it was me...no loosing house points...no unfair quiditch matches...no one laughing at me when I pass out when a dementor comes to close...life would be great....Machermione?

(Machermione enters)

Machermione: Have you made your decision yet, Macharry?

Macharry: I'll do it. I'll slay the evil dragon, (AKA: Malfoy).

Machermione: I'll go to work framing Crabbe and Goyle.

Macharry: I'll practice the Avada Kadavra curse.

(Ron enters)

Malfoy (from off stage): You're no match for me, Weasley!

Ron: Ouch! Malfoy struck me with a curse in the leg! Lets kill him.

Machermione: That's exactly what we are going to do...
