The idea that "all was well" is, and most likely remain, a completely idiotic notion only employed by the most under read and ignorant simpletons that had ever walked the planet Hermonie Weasley thought furiously as she cast down the latest addition of the Daily Prophet on her desk. Then again, this was the Daily Prophet. Today, it had spouted that the Ministry of Magic continued to keep a firm hold over those who still followed the ideology of the former Dark Lord. Unfortunately, the complete opposite was true. The ideology that had sprung from the depths of Tom Riddle's own self loathing had morphed into an almost everyday palatable idea of nobility and purity. To explain it simply. The old ideals of the Death Eater's had changed and adapted to something much more insidious and dangerous, It became a full blown way of thought, outside that the Ministry preached, and that should be practised.

Even that line of thinking worried Hermione. That a school of thought should be considered wrong, even if it was the one essentially founded by Lord Voldemort. Her mind was beginning to spin itself into that implosive loop again when a knock sounded on the frame of her open door. Her head snapped up, willing the intruder to quickly state their case and leave. Instead she was greeted by a friendly face, bearing a desperately needed cup of tea.

Draco Malfoy stood in her door holding two tea cups, and several files tucked under his arms. A sheepish smile gracing his very aristocratic features.

"More cases?" she groaned.

"I brought you some lemon tea" he replied, making his way to the small sitting area in the corner of her office. She groaned again and practically heaved herself up. She waved her wand and the fireplace that decorated the corner sprang to life, it's glow and heat quickly over taking the office. Draco sat gracefully upon one of the available arm chair, placing the tea cups upon the polished surface of the low coffee table. He picked up the first file and flicked it open.

"Benjamen Hollis, aged 16. Referred to me because of certain Dark Arts tendencies and noted sympathies by his Hogwarts professors. Family is reputed to be of Pure Blood status. Notable incident concerns him and several others swarming upon two muggle born students" He threw the file upon the table and flicked open the next one.

"Cassidy Hepsworth, aged 43. Referred to me because of certain unhealthy sympathies towards the Dark Ideology. Husband, Cain Hepsworth is currently serving time in Azkaban for his role as a Death Eater during the War. Notable incident concerns her withdrawing her school aged children from Hogwarts in favor if private education. That decision has been put under review by those in Family Welfare as well" He threw that one down as well

"Andrew MacHiggs, aged 23. Referred to me because of suspected alliance to the Death Eaters. Notable incidence concerns him parading about in a bloody Death Eaters mask with a painted Dark Mark in his arm!" Draco flung the file upon the table with a very annoyed flourish "Granger, there comes a point where the Minister must recognize that these policies are not working, and surely this is it!"

Herrmione sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration "Draco, you know I agree with you"

Malfoy continued "We are biding our time until the next uprising, and this time I fear, it may lead to another war"
