Card Captors
The Transport card: Part 2
Sakura looked at Li, her heart thumping. Li still gripped her hand, Sakura biting her lip as though in pain. She looked all around her. The sea swept up over the golden sand, like rainy clouds would take over a clear blue sky. The golden sun burned their glowing skin with its heat. Sakura stood up, and began to touch the palm trees.
"Where are we?" Li whispered.
"I haven't got a clue" Was Sakura's solemn answer. "Hey wait, what was that!?" She cried. She pointed a ghostly white figure, hiding behind one of the trees. Li looked at where Sakura was pointing, and was suddenly enchanted by the ghost's beauty. He stood up and walked over to her. The ghost looked at him with grey cold eyes. Her long grey hair was pulled back into a pigtail. She was wearing a Victorian dress.
"I've been waiting for you." She said. Her cold voice pierced Sakura's heart, but filled Li's with warmth. The ghost suddenly knocked Li to the ground, knocking him out. It disappeared, screaming "catch me if you can!" Sakura ran over to Li.
"Li!" She cried, but he didn't wake up. She bent down and gave him a tiny kiss, and his eyes fluttered open, his sight dim. All he could see was Sakura's beauty.
