Every time they exchange glances, there is a glint in his eyes that makes her dwell what is to come. She doesn't know what to do. That look never leaves his face when she's around.
Could it be that their love is no more? That the crazy affair they shared no longer means anything? Doesn't stand a chance the odds that are tossed their way? Does he not love her like he once did?
He would let her know if things have changed right? Sure there has been road bumps… but they had those before and got over it… but this feels different. There is something eerie wrong with the way he looks at her. The look in his eyes that never leaves him.
He no longer holds her like he once did. Yes, he holds her. But not as tight as before. Have they wasted all the time they could have shared together? All their dreams gone to waste? Could this really be the end of it all?
Rebekah is torn; she wants to find a way to keep going. Yet she knows she can't force Marcel to do something he doesn't want too. She can't deal with the look that that always lingers on his handsome face. She'll have to let him go…. maybe with time they will be able to rekindle their relationship. But for now she'll have to let him go… at least until that look no longer graces his features.
