Hey, guys. I know it's been months but I haven't forgotten about you. I've just been really busy with school & stuff but I never forgot you. About this sotry; I wrote it about a year ago. I always liked it because it's so short & it just seems silly. Hope you like it!

Raven checked the time. Five minutes. She could finish this chapter before Charlotte came in for her daily reading. She dropped her chin & continued reading.
Something furry brushed against her leg & she twitched. She looked down. A green cat. An eyebrow rose. "What are you doing?"
The cat meowed before brushing against her again.
"I don't understand cat."
He leapt onto the sofa & padded over to her to climb into her lap. He wiggled his body until she lifted her book out of the way then he stretched out on his back.
"That was really rude."
He meowed again.
"Why don't you just speak? We all know you can."
He simply looked at her with wide green eyes.
She sighed & rolled her eyes. "Do you want me to scratch your belly?"
He wriggled happily, tail twitching.
She really didn't like him at the moment but she set her book aside & scratched his exposed stomach.
He purred, the sound vibrating her thighs. His tail swished slowly in contentment & he wiggled closer.
She continued scratching before she grew bored with giving him attention so she stopped & picked up her book to resume reading.
It took him a moment to realize exactly what happened but he rolled onto his feet & meowed. When she ignored him, he stood up on his hind legs & put his front paws on the cover of her book & meowed louder.
"You are the rudest person I've ever met."
He hissed sharply.
"Excuse me. The rudest cat I've ever met."
He gave her a half lidded glare.
She went back to reading & he pushed with all his cat strength. It made the book press into her chest. She huffed. "Would you stop? I'm trying to finish this chapter."
He pushed again.
"I'm about to throw you out of the window."
He put his nose in the air & sniffed before turning around to see a plate of cookies on the table. He leapt onto the table & licked the top on.
She gave him a disgusted look before putting her book down & picking him up. She turned him to face her & she could swear he was grinning. "Why are you bothering me?"
He licked her nose & meowed.
Raven felt a dip on the couch & looked to the right. There sat a tiny black cat with violet eyes watching them both intently. She sighed. She couldn't get peace from either of them.
Charlotte shifted back to human & pointed to her father. "Cat daddy."
Changeling licked Raven's lips then leapt from her hands & raced from the room.
