In order to make some much-needed progress in the war against titans, soldiers of the 3 factions were going to need to resort to some drastic measures. The court decided the only solution was to set up a reproduction program to eventually create a generation of soldiers with almost superhuman abilities to fight against the titans and ultimately lead the human race to victory.
They had used such a method before to provide the Survey Corps with larger, more capable horses to assist in their expeditions outside the walls with great success, so why not trial the same with the human soldiers? The strongest male must impregnate the strongest females in order to pass their genes on to their offspring who will then come of age to do the same with the strongest of their generation. The plan is one that will need a lot of time and preparation, but with the survival of the human race resting in their hands, the wait should be well worthwhile.
The only worry however is how the ladies will react to the plan. This will put them out of duty for nine months while they grow a baby inside of them only to be impregnated once again afterwards. Will they be willing to sacrifice themselves, their duties and their bodies to keep the plan in motion and lead humanity to victory against the titans?
