Allistor had very conflicting feelings about this whole process. He knew it was important but at the same time he didn't want to do it. He didn't much like having his blood drawn, everyone knew that.

Arthur was just confused as to why he was chosen for this job, he had gotten home from America and now he was driving his brother to his appointment. The wanker had apparently tried to skip it but was caught mid-flight from the room. Sometimes he had to wonder how Allistor was older than him and still acted like a toddler and/or a rebellious teenager.

"Why'd you have to come along? Why couldn't Wales or North go instead?" Allistor mumbled grumpily.

"I don't know, the better question however, is why you tried to skip your appointment," Arthur stated emotionless.

The Scotsman pouted making Arthur roll his eyes. His older brother was certainly acting like a child. "I don't like needles," he said quietly.

"I knew that, everyone who has ever known you knows that." The Englishman deadpanned. "Here we are, now before you protest, I am going in with you. I wouldn't want you to kill or maim anyone. You have a very long history of doing that."

Scotland looked ready to argue but Arthur's glare told him not to. "Fine, but you have to be at least in the lobby."

"Alright then, but I will be listening, so I don't suggest doing anything stupid," England warned. He didn't want to say it in front of Scotland, but he was planning to be outside the room the process was going to take place in. You could never be too careful with Allistor.

The two walked in the hospital, Allistor looked ready to bolt but a glare stopped him. After giving the required information, they sat in the lobby waiting. Arthur was constantly checking to see that Allistor wasn't armed and/or looking to flee. Those things normally happened with times like this.

"Allistor Kirkland?" A nurse called out and Scotland tensed up immediately as his name was called.

"You go back there and I will clobber you," Allistor growled, fixing a emerald glare on his brother.

"Duly noted," Arthur muttered, "remember, no maiming or killing. I will report you." He smirked as Scotland glared at him.

Allistor was carried away by the nurse rather forcefully; Arthur picked up his book and waited for the sounds of screaming and pain which happened approximately two seconds later. Putting the book down, he sighed and followed the nurse who was gesturing for him to come quick. What he saw practically defined Scotland's personality, three nurses were knocked out, two doctors were tied up and gagged with bandages and another nurse had a needle stuck her arm and Scotland was nowhere to be seen.

Arthur pulled out his phone and dialed a number. "Hey, you might need to put a search request for Scotland, he just ran out…again. Yeah, I'll tell him, thank you." He hung up and walked out of the room, sighing as he did so.
