Time After Time
I was putting things in my locker. When I heard a ranching noise. I turned around to see the ice Queen herself. Sharpay Evans.
"Hey Martha!" She squeaked with a fake smile. "How are you doing hun?"
I had the urge to roll my eyes. "Hello Sharpay". What did she want?
She smirked at me and started walking circles around me. I finaly got tired of her walking around me and started to walk off.
"Wait Martha. I know something that you might find quite interesting. I know you like my brother Ryan."
I nearly choked on my spit. How could she know? I mean last summer we had a tiny fling nobody really new anything about during the talent show.
I stared at her in shock. She laughed and started to go on about the drama club. I felt my soul get released from my body. Why couldnt I have a happy ending? Gabriella has Troy. Taylor has Chad. Kelci has Jason. Zeke WANTS Sharpay. I want Ryan. Were all friends and I hope he has feelings for me. I care about him. I don't have the beauty like Gabby. The talent like Kelcie. The charm like Taylor. I'm a dancer and so's my man. I feel like Tracy Turnblad from Hairspray. Ryan Evans is my Link Larkin. We should live happily together.
'Anyways, Sharpay continued. "I might consider hooking the two of you up..If you do something for me." I was kind of afraid. It probaly involved breaking up Gabby and Troy. They are my friends. I could never do a horrible thing like that to him. Even if it was to be with Ryan.
"Well you know about the competition of "The Next best thing" I want to beat Gabriella and Troy at any cost!. YOU are going to distract them and make sure they do not enter. If you do that I'll make sure Ryan goes out with you.
