Through Kairi's eyes, of course, but she still saw him clearer than anyone else. While his two best friends were getting closer by the day, he was drifting away.
He was still better than all of them in their little duels, but it didn't seem to matter much to him anymore. He'd fought real battles. And not just physical ones, lately. Riku still hadn't gotten over that he'd betrayed his friends. Sora and Kairi had forgiven him long ago, but he was having a harder time forgiving himself.
Naminé wished she could erase the memory of his betrayal. She knew it would be wrong, but she wished it all the same.
The fake him had been so desperate to get to her and save her. She liked to believe that the real him would do the same. But what did that make her, if she didn't do anything to save him? Sora and Kairi meant well, but Sora couldn't read between the lines and see how much his friend was hurting, and Kairi thought that her talking to him wouldn't help. She was right, but sometimes, Naminé couldn't help but be mad at her for not doing something. Roxas didn't have much to say on the matter. He didn't like Riku all that much.
But there was nothing she herself could do. She was stuck in Kairi's body, and what would she do, even if she wasn't?She wanted to help him so much.
However, accidentally breaking through one day and kissing him wasn't what she had in mind. She'd already destroyed Sora's memories, and now this. She really was a witch.
