Momo-Chan X3 up first...-.- don't blame me if it's short.
He yawned. Things weren't the same since the herbivores were missing. He had no one to torture, no one to bite to death, no one to fight.
New people who resembled a few of them had come in their place, only older. They were wearing starched crisp suits as if their whole wardrobe consisted of only those high-class outfits. They were great fighters, like Dino, and Hibari longed to fight them.
For some reason, they knew the herbivore's mother and she greeted them as if they were family friends. They would always speak of the herbivore, speaking in a high manner when addressing him; calling him 'The Tenth' or 'Boss.' Though using such refined names, they seemed so forlorn, speaking in Italian like they were reciting a prayer to him like 'Rest In Peace' or whatever.
He had investigated them thoroughly, not stalked, investigated. They had the same name as herbivore number one and herbivore number two, oddly enough, and had the exact same hairstyle.
There were more of those look-alikes. There was one that looked like that cow-baby which would sometimes sneak into school to annoy the herbivore. There was a Sasagawa Kyoko clone and that girl with the ponytail clone. They were all so familiar to the city, even though Hibari had never seen them before.
He had found out they were strong. Sometimes he would pass by the shooting range; he would hear gun shots repeating rapidly and professionally. The gyms were adorned with cut up bamboo residue, scorch burns, cracks, and full of static electricity. He would watch them walk out like friends, so casual and sweaty as if they just had a friendly spar with each other.
He wanted to fight them. He longed to feel their strength himself, not just to see the results of their destructive power.
And so he did. He fought that sword user who had the exact same name, hairstyle, and fighting style as herbivore number one. He hated it when he was beaten by him when that man didn't even try to fight at full strength. He hated those who were stronger than him and knew it, as if mocking him.
And so he struck the hand outstretched to help him up. He bit the hand that fed him, he scorned it.
But the man only smiled. Hibari hated it more. Instead, the man kneeled down and looked at him straight in the eye.
"Hibari-san," he said, looking poignant all of a sudden. "Can you protect him?"
Up next is Jack of Trade -laughs evilly- I made it bad for you to start off...!!!!
