My Hero
This poem is dedicated to Mick Foley, the bravest and sweetest man on this earth.
Among wrestling heroes, young and old
Live many great people, brave and bold
But one man will stand out tall and true
And to him much respect will always be due
Pain and sorrow he had to endlessly endure
The trials of life he suffered even more
But through and through was a smile on his face
And a childish look at all of the disgrace
The pain he endured will never be known
Because his smile covered up each broken bone
But the pain was there, nonetheless
And sometimes he forgot his own address
He is my hero and will always be
A hero to all, a hero to me
And that is why I dedicate this poem
To Mick Foley, my hero, who is now at home
