She saw the mouth moving but didn't register the words. She saw the lips curve, curl, and puff out in anger. She saw the tongue dart out and lick and she felt the moisture inside her own mouth. She stared at it curiously, her attention so eerily focused that for once Harley paused in her tirade.
"Red, are you listening to me?!"
She found her noise irritating, but the source of it so intriguing. What made it so appealing? Maybe because Harley had such a unique way of using her mouth…
"Red, I'm talking to you! You haven't heard one word of my-mmmph!"
It came so close. Right into her face. Finally speaking at a pace she could follow. A language she could understand. She devoured it in an instant and at once the unbearable screams of mindless rage became a steady content purr that rumbled through both of them.
Harley stood there slack jawed as Ivy walked away. It wasn't until Ivy walked out of the loft that Harley came back to her senses. "You're still not LISTENING TO ME!"
